TrainDesk is a gym operations platform operated by Neural Evo ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use TrainDesk websites, administrator dashboards, member mobile apps, and related services.

Gym operator account data such as name, email address, phone number, and authentication identifiers.

Gym business metadata including location names, subscription plans, billing settings, and staff roles.

Member profile data entered by gym operators or members, such as membership status, attendance logs, subscription dates, and communication preferences.

Employee and trainer records used for attendance, scheduling, and payroll workflows.

Demo and contact form submissions, including the information you choose to provide.

Technical logs (IP address, timestamps, device identifiers, and user agent) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Provide and improve TrainDesk CRM dashboards, member apps, notifications, and reporting.

Operate subscriptions, renewals, attendance tracking, and gym communications.

Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and enforce access controls across gym workspaces.

Communicate about onboarding, support, security notices, and product updates where permitted.

Neural Evo acts as a controller for TrainDesk account, billing, and website data.

For member and employee records managed inside a gym workspace, the gym operator is generally the controller and TrainDesk processes that data on the operator's instructions to deliver the service.

We do not sell gym member lists or contact databases.

We may use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, push notifications, payment processing, security, and analytics under appropriate agreements.

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users, gym operators, and Neural Evo.

Some public pages may use bot-protection challenges so automated traffic cannot abuse demo requests or public forms. That vendor may process limited technical signals from your browser or network only to distinguish humans from bots.

Account data is retained while your gym workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and security purposes.

Operational logs and support records may be retained for abuse prevention, dispute resolution, and product reliability.
